Here at MobilityScooters.ie we strive to ensure our delivery and returns policy covers all possible issues and questions that may arise during the order and delivery process on the site. Please see in depth information below on our delivery and returns policy.
We offer nationwide delivery on all our mobility scooters and accessories. All in stock items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day.
We offer two delivery options on all our mobility scooters. The first option is standard delivery, which means your order will be delivered by a third-party courier. There may be some assembly required. Our second delivery option is engineered delivery. With the engineered delivery option, one of our mobility experts will deliver the scooter to you. The mobility scooter will be fully assembled. Our representative will also offer a full demonstration on how the scooter operates.
Under distance selling regulations for the sale of goods online, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item being returned must be in it’s original packaging completely undamaged with no signs of use.
The cost of returning the item is solely on you and you must arrange your own courier to send it back, be aware that you are completely responsible for the product until the point it is returned to our warehouse. If the item gets damaged by the courier, you use then depending on the circumstances the item may be rejected for a refund.
Before returning an item, you must contact us so we can provide a reference number for you to attach to the goods, this ensures that we can expect to receive this return and it will not become lost. Please ensure that you always get in touch prior to returning an item, you can do so here.
